I have been asked to design the whole visual communication layout of the agency (both printed and social media). I started from a logo which I didn't design: it came in two gradients of green which later would have played play a key role in visuals. I went for a clean visual communication based pictures for apartments and on pure graphics for all of the other communications.

I designed a layout to be easily recognisable, consistent and, last but not least, flexible (to make further improvements quicker to adapt to, saving time).

SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNICATION

Publishing on social media included both apartments pictures as well as various communication to entertain and to inform.

Apartments pictures had to be branded and I wanted a good balance in space.

I did a search of quotes about home: they have been published on social media over 18 weeks time, once per week. I've been looking as well for interesting topics in architecture, posting them on social media once per week.
