Mariflos | Private Label Hosiery

Mariflos is a private label hosiery, established in 1964: based in the northern part of Italy, sells its products to the whole European market.

The hackered website has been the chance to design a brand new one. I went for a contemporary cut: I wanted it minimal and classy based on brand colours and on feminine beauty (which had to visually underline the firm core business). After an accurate search I have found amazing pictures of a "ballerina" body: I needed something eyecatching still sober.

Newsletters are usually sent about new products launch: I write the contents of them and I design the graphic layout as well. Holidays closures are communicated the same way.

When it comes to Christmas greetings, to me it is not enough just to make a wish. I want to create a connection between the celebration and the product. In the first image I went for tights fabric, while in the second one I went for the garments label adapted to wish.

Quite classic cut.

For this line of products I took pictures as well.

A more contemporary cut: this is a series of black boxes containing microfiber tights. The detailed graphic illustration represents flowers and fabrics. They are all printed in Pantone Fluo inks eventually U.V. varnished. Number on box is tights DEN.
